Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. coffee, brewed
  • 3 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 4 oz. Wildwood® Soymilk Creamer

Preparation:

  1. In a small pot, whisk together coffee, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.
  2. Bring this mixture to a simmer over low heat. Let simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Pour through a small strainer into your favorite mug.
  4. Stir in soymilk creamer.
  5. Serve immediately.

Yield: 1 serving
