Onederful® White Cream Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. Onederful®, WILDWOOD® MEDIUM/SOFT OR SPROUTOFU® SILKEN Tofu
  • 1–2 pieces of garlic clove
  • 1/2–1 cup unsweetened, unflavored Wildwood® soymilk or soy creamer
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Fresh chopped herbs (parsley, chives, basil, etc.) optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, combine the tofu, garlic, soymilk/creamer, parmesan cheese, lemon juice and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the sauce over low heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Finish with fresh herbs if using.
