Onederful® Chocolate Mousse


  • 14 oz. pkg. Wildwood® Tofu
  • 14 oz. pkg. Onederful® Tofu
  • 11 oz. dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 5 oz. chocolate soy milk
  • Honey graham crackers (as needed)
  • Optional – garnish with basil


  1. Drain water from tofu and blend in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and soy milk, blend briefly.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  4. Combine melted chocolate and tofu in the blender. Check consistency, add more chocolate soy milk if needed.
  5. Place mixture in a piping bag and let cool in the refrigerator.
  6. Place crushed graham cracker in a serving cup, then squeeze the mousse over the crackers.
  7. Garnish with the basil.

*Alternative option is to place mousse in a pie crust as shown in picture
