In a blender, blend together the sliced and frozen bananas, tofu, vanilla extract, sweetener, cinnamon, graham crackers and soymilk/creamer until smooth. Use more or less soymilk depending on how you enjoy your milkshake.
Top with crumbled graham crackers, whipped cream and a cherry on top if you so wish!
