Easy Tofu Chili
- 1 pkg. of Wildwood® Super Firm, Extra Firm or Firm SprouTofu®
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- (You may substitute two packages of taco seasoning mix for the seasonings and salt.)
Back to recipes
- Place all ingredients in a large stockpot.
- Cook over medium high heat mashing the tofu with a wooden spoon for 30 minutes.
