Ambrosia Fruit Salad


  • 1½ cups Onderful® Tofu
  • 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple, medium diced
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes, toasted


  1. Place tofu and powdered sugar in a blender and blend on high until smooth, thick and creamy.
  2. In a mixing bowl place pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, and coconut flakes.
  3. Add blended tofu to fruit and gently fold.
  4. Serve immediately.
